SaleCast is the command center for a seller operating across many channels at once. It reconciles contradicting sources — for each field (price, stock, order) a single platform is the source of truth, so 'Amazon says 3, Shopify says 7' stops happening — and predicts what's coming (sales, demand, comms, traffic) with an engine where 12 algorithms compete per product. Under the hood it's a real multi-tenant SaaS: cross-tenant data access is blocked at compile time, and a zero-dependency .NET core powers four apps (Web, native Desktop, CLI, API).

At Gecko Alliance (Quebec) I worked on the firmware and connectivity of embedded control systems produced at scale - on the order of 150,000 systems deployed per year. Industrial C / FreeRTOS context: tight memory budgets, real-time constraints, over-the-air updates of a hardware fleet you can't 'patch in prod' with one click. The engineering discipline this demands is exactly what I now apply to critical .NET systems.

Matchr starts from a pain every candidate knows: ~70% of CVs are filtered by a robot — the ATS — before a human reads them. The product gets your CV past that filter, with a before/after score, without inventing a skill you don't have. The real subject isn't the UI, it's running an AI product in production: invention is made technically impossible (an invariant strips any skill absent from the source CV), AI cost is bounded (a plan that doesn't clear a 2x margin is refused at deploy), with auth + 2FA, Stripe billing, quotas, a public API, GDPR and PostgreSQL behind it.

MyRoadTrip is a live cross-platform travel planner built on two architecture decisions I stand by. One: offline-first collaboration — two people edit the same trip, one offline for hours in the mountains, and everything merges without loss (Yjs CRDT on client and server). Two: instead of paying Google Places per call (€5-50k/year), I built my own geo index — ~2M self-hosted OSM points (OpenStreetMap → SQLite → vector tiles). No dependency on a giant for the core feature.

The guarantee doesn't depend on a developer remembering to call it; it lives in the domain model, so a high-confidence answer without a citation literally cannot be built. Pure .NET RAG, no Python sidecar, evaluable in 30 seconds with no API key or database.
