Portfolio Engineering - reusable patterns extracted from real projects
The challenge
When the same authentication, billing, sync or observability pattern appears three times, rewriting it becomes waste. Extracting too early is also waste.

What I built
Portfolio Engineering is the discipline behind my recent product velocity: extract small reusable libraries only after the pattern has proven itself across projects, then keep them private, typed and testable.
It is not a framework fantasy. It is a controlled way to compound work across client missions, personal products and R&D.
Key engineering points
Rule of three: write once, copy once, extract only on the third occurrence.
Reusable patterns around auth, billing, AI provider abstraction, evaluation and sync.
Private package approach to keep adoption fast and scope controlled.
Documentation written for future-me and client handover, not public marketing.
Similar technical risk?
I can help scope the risk, architecture and first deliverable.
A 30-minute first call is enough to see whether I am the right profile for the problem.
A similar challenge?
A system like this one to build? Let's talk.
I take on critical technical work — from scoping to production, no debt or lock-in once it's handed over. Fastest way to see if it fits: a 30-minute call.
I reply within 24h — often sooner.
